Metal Treat International Factory Renovation

Project Overview We renovated the Metal Treat International factory in Dammam from the structure inward. The building was reworked inside and out, the entrance was rebuilt, and the electrical, plumbing, HVAC and utility systems were replaced or newly installed. On the civil side, the job included a new security office, entrance gate and sign board, industrial flooring for the plant and tiling across both office floors. Inside, the electrical system was rewired from scratch, with an IT network and CCTV added, and the water piping was replaced in full. The factory also gained systems it needed to run properly: HVAC with exhaust ventilation, a compressed air network for machinery, and a chemical laboratory. The project is complete and the facility is in use.
