The engineering stage covers design coordination, drawings, specifications and the approvals that go with them. Procurement covers equipment and materials: sourcing, vendor follow-up and delivery tracking to site. Construction is carried out by our own civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and HVAC crews, followed by testing, commissioning and handover.

Purchasing of long-lead equipment and bulk materials, vendor expediting and quality checks on delivery. Lead times for pumps, panels and HVAC units can decide whether a project finishes on time, so we place those orders early.
