FROM DRAWINGS TO HANDOVER
We start with the approved drawings and a walk through the site. Pipe routes, pump room space and panel locations get checked against what the structure, HVAC ducting and cable trays already occupy. Clashes found on paper cost nothing to fix. Clashes found in the ceiling void cost a week.
Installation follows the building programme. Pipework goes in alongside other services, supports are fixed to the engineer's detail, and every section is flushed and pressure tested before it is closed up.
